1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup withe vinegar
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp liquid smoke
1 Tbls hot sauce of your choice

Mix all ingredients in a saucepan stir well for about 15 min on med low. Pour over ribs after you grill them and put them in the oven on 250 for about an hour covered with foil
