Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
Combine:

2 C Sugar
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 C Flour
1/2 tsp Salt

In a saucepan melt:

2 Sticks Butter
3 TBS Cocoa
1 C Water
After melted, bring to a boil.

Add flour mixture

Then Add:

1/2 C of sour cream or buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
2 Beaten Eggs


Icing:

3 TBS Cocoa
1 Stick of Butter
3 TBS Milk

Bring to a boil and add:

1 lb. Powdered Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla

Mix and bake in a greased 9x13 pan at 350* for 25 minutes.


Pour icing over cake while it's hot.

Let cake cool.
