Ingredients: 4 Chicken Breasts 2 Cups Day Old Cooked Rice 3 Eggs 1 Bag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables (leave frozen) 1 Teaspoon Lawry's Seasoning Blend© 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper 2 Tablespoons Butter 1 Teaspoon Oil 2 Teaspoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce 1 Teaspoon Seasoned Rice Vinegar 1 Teaspoon 2 Teaspoons Chopped Green Onions

Directions:Cook (cut up and diced) chicken in 1 teaspoon oil and soy sauce in Wok. Pour into another dish for later. Clean wok. Put 1 Teaspoon butter and 1 teaspoon oil in wok until melted. Scramble eggs in bowl. Pour into hot wok and let sit. Stir a little when set. Move around a little. Stir eggs until almost done. Remove from wok and place on another dish. Clean wok with a paper towel. Add 1 teaspoon of butter and cooking oil to wok. Place vegetables in wok and cook until soft. (About 10 minutes until defrosted). Pour eggs and chicken back in wok. Add rice and stir. Pour 2 teaspoon of soy sauce, rice vinegar, Lawry's Seasoning Blend and stir until well mixed. Add green onions and mix well. |
