2 Pillsbury Ready Made Pie Crust
2 15 6 oz Cans Lite Sliced Peaches, drained
1/2 Stick Butter
1/2 Cup Sugar or Sugar Free Substitute Granulated Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar or Sugar Free Granulated Brown Sugar, packed
1 Teaspoon Nutmeg
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Juice
Pam Spraying Oil

Use 2 Teaspoons of vanilla if Sugar Free Substitute was used.

Directions:
Spray 8" x 11" baking pan or dish with Pam. Place dough out and stretch to fit pan on the edges also. Mix all ingredients except remaining other dough in a medium size pot. Cook for about 15 minutes on medium heat. When done, pour peach mixture over dough in pan. Roll out other to fit over pie. Save remaining dough and place in peach mixture evenly.
Place remaining rolled out dough on top of pie pan. Cook in oven about 1 hour or until crust browns on 350 degrees. Serve with ice cream.
