2 c. Chicken Breast, cooked & shredded
1 Apple, diced with peel [Fuji or Honeycrisp are best]
1/2 c. Grapes, seedless, quarter each Grape
1/2 c. Celery Heart, diced
1/2 c. Walnuts, toasted and chopped
Dressing:
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Ranch Dressing Mix, dry powder
1/2 tsp. Pepper, fresh ground
1 tsp. Lemon Pepper

Directions:

Mix all Dressing ingredients together in a large bowl. Set aside. If using raw Chicken Breast cook until done, cool and shred, or use Rotisserie Chicken Breast or 2 cans 12.5 oz. Chunk Chicken Breast drained and shredded. Add Chicken Breast to bowl along with all other ingredients. Stir together well and keep refrigerated in sealed container; will keep for several days if it last that long.

Delicious served on sliced bread or a croissant, or a scoop on salad greens.
