1 cup softened butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 eggs
1/2 t. vanilla extract
2 1/2 c. all purpose flour
2 t. baking soda
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
2 cups chopped apples (or more to make it moister)
1 cup chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350º, Spray Bundt cake pan with nonstick spray.
In large bowl, beat softened butter and sugars with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla, flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in chopped apples and pecans. Spoon into pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until knife insterted in center comes out clean. Let cool 10-15 minutes before cutting.
