2 lbs baby carrots
1 package ranch seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
3½ T vegetable oil
2 T fresh parsley or 1 T dried parsley flakes
1 T fresh chives
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepared a large rimmed sheet pan with foil and lightly greased. In a medium bowl, mix together the ranch packet, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chopped parsley. Stir in oil. Toss in baby carrots and mix well. Bake in a 400º oven for 25-35 minutes. Serve on a platter toped with parsley and chives.
