2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1-14oz can sweetened condensed milk
2 c. flour
1/2 c.finely chopped nuts(opt)
1 t. vanilla
60 candy kisses unwrapped
2oz white chocolate
1 t. shortening or oil

Directions:
Heat oven to 350. In medium sauce pan combine chocolate chips and butter; cook, stir over low heat until melted and smooth. Add condensed milk, mix well. In medium bowl combine flour, nuts, chocolate mixture and vanilla; mix well. Shape 1t. of dough around each kiss cover completely, Place 1 inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 6-8 minutes. Will be soft and appear shiny but will become firm as they cool. Do not overbake. Remove from cookie sheet and cool. In small sauce pan melt white chocolate with shortening or oil until smooth. Drizzle over bonbons.
