1 1/2 pounds russet potatoes
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
non stick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cut your potatoes into 1 inch cubes.
2. In a medium bowl add the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, parmesan, and parsley and mix until combined
3. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees for 3 minutes
4. Spray the inside with non stick cooking spray
5. Add in the potatoes and cook for 15 minutes. Shake the basket or toss with tongs to mix the potatoes around.
6. Cook for an additional 10 minutes or until they have reached your desired crispiness.
