2 14oz pkgs. gingerbread mix
3 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
1 30oz can pumpkin
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 large container Cool Whip
1/2 c. gingersnaps (opt)
1 t. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the gingerbread according to the package directions; cool completely. Meanwhile prepare pudding as directed then add pumpkin, sugar and cinnamon. Cube the gingerbread and put 1/2 in the bottom of a large bowl. Pour 1/2 of the pudding mixture over then add 1/2 the Cool Whip. Repeat with the remaining ingredients. Sprinkle crushed gingersnaps over top.
Refrigerate over night.
