2 slices bread
butter
¼ c milk
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
bring a pan of water up to boil. Turn heat to low, crack and slide eggs into water. Cover pan and heat until desired egg doneness. Toast & butter bread. Warm milk in microwave or on stove until practically steaming. Use slotted spoon to put eggs on top of toast. Pour warm milk over eggs and toast. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
