2-3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt sour cream
1 box stovetop stuffing mix
Directions:
Directions:
Par boil chicken in water for 20 mins. Remove from water and reserve water. Cut up chicken into chunks. In a baking dish combine soup, sour cream and chicken, Prepare stuffing mix using box directions and place on top of dish. Cook in oven at 350 for 30 mins or until bubbling hot.
