1 to 2 Pork Back Ribs Racks
1/2 c. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice (3 Lemons for each Rack of Ribs)
Garlic Minced to cover the ribs (to taste)
Lemon Slices to cover the ribs
Italian Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Line a cookie sheet or baking pan with foil and preheat oven to 400º F.

Put Ribs, arched side up, on the cookie sheet and cover with the juice of three Lemons (repeat for additional rack/s).
Spread with minced Garlic and sprinkle with Italian Seasoning. Lay Lemon slices over the Ribs to cover them.

Cover tightly with additional foil and bake at 400º F for 2 hours.
