Pumpkin Bread
3 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin, or 2 c. cooked mashed pumpkin
3½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
⅔ c. water

Orange Cream Frosting:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
¼ c. butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1½ tsp. vanilla extract
1 T. grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Grease and flour two 9"x5"x3" loaf pans.

Combine sugar, oil, and eggs. Beat until light and fluffy. Stir in pumpkin. Set aside.

Combine dry ingredients and stir into pumpkin mixture. Add the water mixing well. Spoon batter into two prepared pans. Bake for 60-75 minutes.

Combine frosting ingredients and spread on bread or serve in a bowl with the sliced bread.
