1 (9") Pecan Pie Crust, homemade or store bought

1¼ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
1 tsp. Cream of Tartar (optional)
¼ tsp. Salt

Pie Topping Suggestions:

Reese's Minis
Fudge Sauce
Chocolate Syrup
Chocolate Glaze:
½ cup Whipping cream
4 oz. Semisweet Chocolate finely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sized mixing bowl, beat 1 ½ cups of heavy whipping cream with 1 teaspoon cream of tartar until stiff peaks form. Place in the fridge to keep cold.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, salt and powdered sugar until smooth.

Use a large spatula to gently fold half of the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture. Fold in the remaining whipped cream and pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.

Chill for at least 3 hours to set the center.

For Chocolate Glaze:

Bring cream to a boil in a small heavy saucepan.
Reduce to low heat.
Add chocolate and stir until melted and smooth.
Cool glaze slightly and pour over the filling.
