1 3 pound chicken
3 tablespoons Emerill's Seasoning
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 lemon
1 8 ounce can Root Beer
sprigs of Rosemary

Prepare the grill. Wash the chicken inside & out. Rub
Seasoning mixture. Squeeze juice of one lemon over
chicken.Sprinkle with garlic salt lightly over chicken. Pour out
about a third of the Root Beer. Insert the partially full can of
coke, open end facing out, into the cavity of the chicken. Add
sprigs of Rosemary. Grill the chicken, breast side up, over
medium-hot coals. Cover grill 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
