2 lbs. Ground Chuck
2 Cloves Garlic
15 oz. can Tomato Sauce
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce
1 qt. (32oz.) Water
2 Large Chopped Onions
4 tbsp. Chili Powder
1½ tbsp. Vinegar
1 tsp. Red Pepper

4 Whole Red Peppers or 2 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
6 Bay Leaves
4 tsp. All Spice

Directions:
Directions:
Place whole red peppers or crushed red pepper, bay leaves and all spice into a cheese cloth and tie it together with a thread.

In a large pot combine all the ingredients and the cheese cloth.

Cook for 1-2 hours on low heat/

Serve over Spaghetti with lots of Cheddar Cheese and Chopped Onions and/or beans.

Don't forget the oyster crackers!!!
