4-6 Boneless/skinless chicken breasts
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 C Lemon Juice
1-2 Tbsp honey per breast
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Provolone Cheese to cover each breast

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix lemon juice, honey, garlic
Butterfly chicken breasts if necessary
Place chicken in baking dish, salt and pepper to taste
Pour lemon-honey mixture over chicken
Bake 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160º
Remove from oven, turn on broiler, top chicken with cheese
Return to oven and broil until cheese is melted and beginning to bubble and brown
