½ head Green Leaf Cabbage
½ head Red Leaf Cabbage
1 lb. Beef or Deer Sausage, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces
½ Jalapeño Pepper, finely chopped
½ Habanero Pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup Cilantro, finely chopped
¼ cup Balsamic Vinegar
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
⅛ tsp. Tabasco Sauce
½ Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

1. Slice cabbage into thin strips

2. Sauté onions in Olive Oil until caramelized. Add cabbage, cook until tender

3. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it steam for 20 minutes
