1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 sq chocolate
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp water
1/2 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cook all ingredients, except vanilla, until thick and then add vanilla. Spread on cooled cake. Like eating a soft chocolate caramel. Great on mon's white cake.
