4 lbs. ground chuck, browned and drained
16 oz Mexican Velveeta cheese, cubed
4 packages taco seasoning
24 oz. sour cream
2 cans Rotel Diced Tomatoes and Ground Chilis (10 oz. cans)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Brown meat.
2. Add taco seasoning, cubed cheese and stir.
3. Add tomatoes and sour cream.
4. Cover and simmer until cheese is melted, then put in crock pot.

Serve with chips.
