2 sticks unsalted butter
2 Velvetta Fresh Packs (cubed)
¼ cup flour
1½ cup milk
9 or 10 potatoes, sliced (enough to fill dish)
¾ lb. shaved ham
Salt and pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Peel and slice potatoes. Layer potatoes and ham in greased baking dish.
2. In medium saucepan, melt butter and add cubed cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add milk.
3. Pour over potatoes. Put baking dish on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
4. Bake at 350º for 1½ hours.
