1 package tater tot crowns
1½ lbs. hamburger (85% lean)
1 can refried beans
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
1 diced tomato
1 small onion diced
black olives
Sour cream
1 bag taco flavored Dorito chips
2 packages taco seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
In a large round cast iron pan (cake pan will work) spray with cooking spray then line dish with tater tot crowns. Cover the bottom and up the sides. Bake in a 375º oven for 20 minutes.
While baking brown the hamburger and and drain. Add the taco seasoning and mix well.
Once the tater tots are crispy remove from the oven and flatten with a spatula. Spread the refried beans over the tater tots, next layer the hamburger meat on top. Cover with the cheese and place in the oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Add the remaining toppings and enjoy!
