Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pound sweet Italian sausage, casings removed
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
2 large garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
1 1-pound loaf French bread, cut in half lengthwise
Olive Oil
1 15-ounce container marina sauce
16 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat, breaking up sausage with fork until cooked through, about 7 minutes. Using slotted spoon transfer sausage to plate. Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of fat from skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic and oregano to skillet and saute until mushrooms are tender and dry, about 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, preheat oven to 425ºF. Place bread cut side down on baking sheet. Bake until round sides are lightly toasted, about 5 minutes. Brush cut sides with olive oil and return to oven cut side up until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes. Spread half of marinara sauce over each bread half. Spread half of mushrooms and half of sausage over each half. Sprinkle each with half of cheeses. Bake until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 15 minutes. Cut into slices and serve.
