1 can tuna or salmon, drained
1 stack of crackers
1 egg
1 small diced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Crush the stack of crackers and add the can of tuna or salmon that has been drained. Add onion and egg to the crackers and mix together. If the mixture appears dry, add another egg. The mixture should be able to mold into patties. Fry the patties in vegetable oil until they are golden brown.

Drain on paper towels.
