Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 stick softened unsalted butter

1/4 cup cream cheese softened

3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed

1/4 granulated sugar

2 1/4 cup flour

2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

2 tsp cornstarch

1tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 1/4 cup chocolate chips (you can use chunks too or even mix em)

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, both sugars, cream cheese, egg, and vanilla for 5 minutes in kitchen aid mixer with paddle attachment until light and fluffy

Add flour, baking soda, salt and cornstarch

Slowly add chocolate chips

On greased cookie sheet make bigass balls (like a meatball if you will)

Cover the cookie sheet with Saran Wrap and press gently on each ball to flatten out very slightly (not a lot)

Refrigerate for 2-24 hours….dough must be cold in order for cookies to stay chunky otherwise the melted butter will make them spread too much so 24 hrs is ideal but 2 works also)

Cool at 350 for 10-20 minutes based on the size of your balls - let cookies sit for 5 minutes on the pan before moving to cooling rack. Eyeball the time when cooking.

If drinking wine while cooking these cookies just make sure you don’t forget any ingredients!!
