1/2 of 17.3 oz package of Pastry Sheets
1 Egg
1 TBL Water
1/2 Cup Raspberry jam
1/4 Cup Chopped taosted pecans
1/4 Cup Honey
1/4 Tsp Rosemary
1 (13.2 oz) Brie cheese round

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400º

2. Thaw pastry sheet on lightly floured surface
3. Unfold pastry sheet
4. Roll sheet into 14" square
5. Mix jam, honey, pecans and rosemary together
6. Spread mixture onto center of square
7. Top with cheese
8. Mix egg and water
9. Brush edges of pastry with egg mixture
10. Fold two opposite sides over cheese
11. Trim remaining two sides of square to 2 " from cheese
12. Fold side up on to cheese and press edges to seal
13. Place seam side down onto baking sheet
14. Decorate top with remaining pastry bits, if desired
15. Brush with egg mixture

16. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until pastry is deep golden brown.
17. Let stand for 45 minutes
