I stick (1/2 cup) butter or margarine
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
2/3 cup granulated sugar
3 extra large eggs
2 medium bananas, mashed
2/3 cup sour cream
2 ½ cups all-purposed flour
1 ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup fresh or thawed and drained frozen blueberries

Either lightly grease or place muffin liners in 12 muffin cups. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs. Stir in bananas and sour cream. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Gradually add to banana mixture until moistened. Stir in vanilla and blueberries. Spoon into muffin cups. Bake 15-18 minutes. Let stand a few minutes before removing from pan.
