Ingredients:  
2 c sour cream or cream cheese (or combination)
4-oz pack frozen spinach - thawed, drained, and finely chopped
1 bunch - chopped green onions (optional)
1 bunch - chopped parsley (can use dried as well)
1 package ranch dressing mix
1 round loaf of bread

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except bread and mix well.

Refrigerate.

Cut top off of loaf of bread. Pull out the soft bread in the middle and tear into bite sized pieces and put back into loaf.

Serve loaf and dip together for a great tasting appetizer!
