Chocolate Fondue Recipe

1 c light cream
1 1/2 c sugar
1/8 tsp salt
6 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c butter
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat all ingredients in fondue pot (or small crock pot) at high, stirring occasionally until chocolate is melted. Reduce to medium heat.

Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes until it thickens.

Add vanilla and mix well. Keep on lowest setting.

Dunkables - fruit, dates, marshmallows, ange food cake torn into pieces (my favorite), sponge or chiffon cake, lady fingers, doughnuts, large salted nuts, mini cream puffs.
