1/4 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 or 2 dashes cayenne pepper (optional but good)
2/3 c light or heavy cream
1 1/2-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 lb processed sharp American Cheese - grated

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spices together in skillet.

Stir in cream and Worcestershire sauce. Place over low heat.

When hot, add cheese, stirring until cheese is completely melted.

Keep hot in a small crock pot or fondue pot.

Serve with dunkables like toast, crackers, crisp bacon slices, slices of turkey or chicken breast, vegetable sticks, cooked seafood (lobster, crab, or shrimp), hard-boiled eggs, etc.
