Ingredients:  
3 medium rabbits
1 medium onion, chopped
Garlic, salt, and pepper to taste
2 cubes chicken bouillon
Oil or butter
Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Boil rabbit, onion, bouillon, and seasonings. Reserve liquid. Debone rabbit.

In sauce pan or skillet, use oil or butter and flour to make a roux. Add rabbit meat, use hot liquid to make gravy as thick or thin as you like.
