4-6 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken or creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 box escort crackers
1/2 stick margarine, cut into chunks for bottom
1/2 stick margarine, for top over crackers
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small can water chestnuts, cut up (Optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken and cup up into small chunks, mix chicken, soups, sour cream, and water chestnuts together and set aside.

Put 1/2 box crackers on bottom of baking dish and 1/2 stick margarine over crackers, then pour chicken mixture on that and top with other 1/2 box crackers and margarine.

Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes.
