8 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon salt
Dash of garlic salt
8 slices bread, torn into pieces
2 tablespoons margarine
About 1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms
About 1 cup chopped green onions
About 1 cup chopped green peppers
1 lb. sausage, browned, drained, and cooled
2 1/4 cups milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon spicy mustard
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, milk, and seasonings. Fold in bread, cheese, and meat; add chopped vegetables. Pour into a buttered 9x13 inch baking dish. Refrigerate overnight.

Bake at 325º for about 1 hour, or until set.

This is great for Christmas breakfast or for other busy mornings. Mix it up the night before and simple put in the oven the next morning.
