Fresh pizza dough, homemade or mix
Cornmeal
Pizza sauce or BBQ sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Toppings of your choice
Directions:
Directions:
Make homemade pizza dough or use a mix. Pinch off small amounts and roll in cornmeal to make personal, thin crust pizzas. Grill for 3-4 minutes, or until lightly toasted, at medium direct heat. *Remove from grill, turn over.

Spread pizza sauce on the toasted side, add meat, veggies, and cheeses of your choice.

Grill for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted, at medium direct heat.

Topping suggestions: Pineapple, olives, bacon bits, pulled chicken, BBQ sauce, etc.

These pizzas are great for parties and small gatherings. Everyone can put as much or as little toppings.

*Make ahead crust. Toast crust and set aside until your guest arrive. Let them make their own pizzas once everyone is ready to eat.
