Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 tbsp Kosher Salt
2 tbsp pepper
1 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp ground sage
1/2 tbsp dried rosemary
1/2 tbsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried oregano

Directions:
Directions:
I padded down the outside of the roast to get rid of the moisture.
I then added all the ingredients into a bowl.
I then took a large spoon and crushed the ingredients together mixing them as I did.
I then took a spoonful of rub at a time and covered the entire roast with it.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I did the above for a 7-pound prime rib roast to give you an idea of how much it makes.
