16 ounces of your choice pasta
30 spears asparagus
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped (You can always add more)
1 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
10-12 leaves of basil, sliced
1/2 - 1 cup pesto
1 cup parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

1) Follow the recipe for roasted asparagus (Found in the Veggie Madness section)
2) While your asparagus is roasting, bring a large pot of water to a boil and add your pasta
3) Cook your pasta as instructed, and drain
4) Combine in a large bowl/ pot your roasted asparagus, sun-dried tomatoes, pesto, parmesan cheese, basil, and garlic.
5) Mix together and serve!
