12 oz buttermilk biscuit dought
6 eggs
1 (2 ¾ oz) package of peppered gravy mix
1 lb of sausage
1 cup of cheese
½ cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease a 13x9 pan

Brown sausage in skillet and drain thoroughly

Cut biscut dough inot 1" pieces and line bottom of the pan

Layer cooked sausage over the biscuit pieces

Layer shredded cheese over sausage

Whisk eggs and milk, add salt and pepper and pour over everything

Make gravy according to instructions and pour over everything

Bake for 30-45 Minutes
