1 pound ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided
1 cup Monterey jack cheese shredded, divided
2 ounces green chilis chopped
1 cup salsa

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS
lettuce
tomatoes
olives
cilantro
jalapenos
green onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375º.
2. Brown beef in large pan over medium heat, drain fat and stir in taco seasoning and water according to package directions.
3. While beef is cooking mix in cream cheese, sour cream, 1/2 of the cheese, and chilis in a large bowl. Mix until fully combined and spread into the bottom of a baking dish.
4. Layer the meat mixture on top, then layer the salsa and finish with the remaining cheese.
5. Bake 25 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Top with desired toppings and serve warm with chips.
