5 lbs. potatoes peeled
6 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and mash potatoes. Mix cream cheese and sour cream and add to potatoes. Add salt and pepper. I add onion powder also.

Can be made ahead of time and kept in refrigerator, or can be frozen.
