2 1/2 c. Peaches chopped (with or without skins)
3/4 c. Maple Syrup
1/2 c. Sugar
1 T. Lemon Juice
2 T. Pectin Powder
1T. Whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Bring peaches, syrup, sugar, lemon juice, and pectin to a boil. Boil until it reaches 222º. Shut off heat, add whiskey, and ladle into jars.
