fry 1lb of chop hamburger

insert 2 or 3 small cans of crushed tomatoes

power 1 can of green beans, 1 can of mixed vegetables, 1 can of cubed potatoes, 1 can of lima beans, 1 can of corn,,,, ad more of what you like.

wash everything of including the meat.

put everything into crockpot , ad 1 beef cube.

turn on crockpot on low. let simmer overnight, then few hours before eating turn up to medium. keep covered the longer you cook the better it will taste.

what's left over can be put up.

Bless the food and whomever cooked it. Thank God for preparing the food , and for be healthy enough to eat it.

I made this before I bout died this year. I do thank GOD everything and for being able to eat and feed myself. And for being able to cook. GOD has blessed me and Greg so much this year. I am alive, Ican walk. I can dress. Our love for each other. A we have grown closer to our GOD. We pray out loud just like he is setting with us.
