1 dozen large eggs, boiled and peeled
6 Tbsp Mayo
2-4 Tbsp pickled jalapeños, minced
1 Tbsp yellow mustard
½ tsp cumin
⅛ tsp salt
Garnish with sliced jalapeños

Directions:
Directions:
Cut eggs in half crosswise and carefully remove yolks. In a bow, mash yolks and stir in Mayo, jalapeños, mustard cumin and salt. Spoon or pipe mixture into egg halves. Garnish top with sliced jalapeño.
