3 large bananas, mashed
3 cups flour
1 ½ cup whole milk
2 ½ TB lemon juice
½ TB baking soda
½ tsp salt
⅔ cup room temperature butter
3 large room temp eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla

for ICING:
⅓ cup butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 ½ tsp Lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
3 c. Powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mash up bananas & add lemon juice & set aside
Pour 1 ½ TB into 1½ cups of milk. Set aside.
Using a stand mixer, beat together ⅔ cup room temp butter, 1 cup granulated sugar, & ½ cup brown sugar.
Slowly add in 3 eggs, one at a time.
Pour in 1 tsp Vanilla & beat until mix is fluffy & creamy
In separate mixing bowl mix flour, baking soda & salt then add a little at atime alternating with milk until mixed completely.

Pour into prepared cake pans & bake @ 350º until knife comes out clean
