Stuffed Biscuits
1 can of biscuits, your choice. Homemade work great too!
shredded cheddar cheese
12 egg yolks

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375
Roll biscuits out as big as you can. Put 1-2 tsp of cheddar cheese 1 egg yolk.
Seal them up by pressing the edges together.
They will look like little pillows.
I put them in my 12" Cast iron pan to bake them but any pan will do. I just prefer my cast iron!

Bake for 20-25 minutes until they're golden Brown.

Sausage Gravy

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb sausage of your choice
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder Salt to taste
1/4 cup flour
1.5 cups heavy cream
2 cups milk. We use 2% but whatever you have is great!

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage with your seasonings.
Add in the flour and cook for 2 minutes. This cooks out the flour taste.
Add in your cream and milk and cook until thick!
At this point I will taste it and see if it needs more salt or pepper.
Enjoy!
