3 1/3 c flour
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp ground nutmeg
2 Tbsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 2/3 c sugar
2/3 c butter (11 Tbsp)
4 eggs
30 oz canned pumpkin
2/3 c water

Preheat oven to 325º. Lightly grease 3 bread pans (8 x 14 work best).

In a medium bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.

In a large bowl or stand mixer, whip together butter and sugar until well combined and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and mix, scraping the sides after each egg. Add the pumpkin and mix until just combined.

Next, slowly add the dry ingredients, alternating with adding the water. Divide the mixture among the loaf pans.

Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Let cool for about 10 mins before removing the pans and let them come to room temperature. Store in an air tight bag or container.
