1½ cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 mashed bananas
¾ cup white sugar
1 lightly beaten egg
⅓ cup melted butter
⅓ cup brown sugar
topping:
2 TB all purpose flour
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
1 TB butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Blend flour, b.soda & powder in separate bowl.
Mix sugars, & butter until fluffy.
Add egg & mix well
Stir in dry ingredients.
Stir in bananas
Pour into prepared 9 x5 loaf pan

smash up flour, brown sugar & butter until crumbly then sprinkle on top

bake until lightly browned & knife comes out clean.
