1 - 14 oz bag sweetened coconut flakes
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
⅔ cup chopped lightly salted almonds
1 -14 oz can sweetened condensed (can use low fat version)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325º
2. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper & set aside
3. In large bowl, combine coconut, chips, milk & almonds
4. Stir until well blended
5. Scoop out dough with a cookie scoop & place on top of parchment paper.
6. Moisten your fingers with water & shape into discs (like the candy bars). Pat top flat
7. Bake cookies for 12 - 14 minutes or tips of exposed coconut are starting to turn golden brown
8. Let cool on baking sheet
9. Store in air tight container
