1 head of Broccoli
3/4 cups Duke's mayo
2 Tbsp white vinegar
Fresh honey to taste
Several slices bacon crumbled
1/2 bag of dried cranberries
1/2 cup nuts (I use pecans)
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the florets from stalks and separate. In a bowl mix; mayo, vinegar and honey to your liking of sweet and tart. Add crumbled bacon, dried cranberries and nuts to broccoli. Stir in mayo mixture and toss until coated. Salt and pepper to taste.

This is a very fluid recipe; meaning you add more or less of everything based on your taste. You can also add red onion as a flavor booster. This makes a nice addition to any meal. I prefer more pecans than most.
