One bunch flat leaf Italian parsley
2-3 garlic cloves
2 tsp oregano
1/2 cup olive oil
2 T red wine vinegar
1 tsp salt (coarse)
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut stems off parsley. Add to a food processor. Add in garlic, seasoning, and vinegar. Chop. Add in oil slowly and combine in food processor. Pour into air tight container and let "marry" for at least an hour before serving. It can be kept on the counter.

I usually serve over steak.
